Return Process

  Log into your Ikonic World account and select the order you wish to return to receive an automated Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the beauty products are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with your order slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
